As a Senior Partner or Partner in one of our Kent insurance agencies, you’ll quickly become a principal figure in an established team, using your strong client facing and relationship skills to forge new commercial alliances and grow an already successful business in this ever-developing sector.

This is also a genuine personal growth opportunity, with an absolute commercial focus, underpinned by the support of one of the UK’s largest insurers.

Your experience and commercial flair

Working alongside existing partners, you’ll lead the direction of your agency’s commercial growth. Focusing on which markets to target and putting plans in place, your strong work ethic and innovative mindset will inspire the team to drive performance and deliver visible results. Able to demonstrate direct experience of managing large, high-profile accounts, ideally in a related or similarly regulated sector, you’ll be responsible for building an ever-growing portfolio of large commercial businesses, high net worth clients and SMEs across a range of sectors.

With the support of NFU Mutual and a strong and loyal customer base, this opportunity gives you the independence to put big expansion plans in place, whilst ensuring sustainable growth.

As a self-employed Senior Partner/Partner and Agent of NFU Mutual, your earnings are based on the performance of the agency and a share of the profits. However, this is a self-employed opportunity with a difference. Unlike most business ventures which demand start-up funding or venture buy-ins, our model requires zero capital investment.

With further opportunities and growth expected, particularly in the commercial sector across the South East of England, your energy, drive, vision and personal ambition are the only limit to your future earning potential.
