About the Role:


Here at Venchr, we are partnering with an exciting, venture-backed company based in London that’s at the forefront of Generative AI innovation. This fast-growing company is leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to deliver transformative solutions across industries. We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive their AI strategy and lead the technical team as they continue to scale.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the development and execution of the AI and tech strategy, with a focus on Generative AI.
  • Build and lead a world-class engineering and AI team.
  • Oversee AI product innovation and ensure the development of scalable, reliable solutions.
  • Stay ahead of AI trends, incorporating new technologies into product development.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align technology with business goals.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technical leadership role focused on AI/ML.
  • Expertise in Generative AI, Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and AI architecture.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and business alignment skills.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
