Your Role

As a Commercial & Technology Consultant, you'll tackle complex matters and innovative tech projects across various sectors. You'll work closely with our Commercial team, providing strategic counsel that shapes business relationships and digital transformation initiatives. This assignment is expected to last between 6 and 12 months, and will give you a variety of interesting work.

Our work spans:

• Technology procurement and outsourcing
• Digital transformation programmes
• E-commerce and online platforms
• Data protection and cybersecurity
• Commercial contracts and licensing
• Emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Extensive commercial law experience with strong focus on technology sector
• Sharp understanding of emerging tech trends and their legal implications
• Self-starter who also thrives in collaborative settings
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder
• Adaptable and eager to take on diverse assignments
• SRA or Law Society of Scotland registration
