Culture Guru is recruiting for a Data & Insights Analyst to be part of an ever-growing, data-capturing and data-identifying business that has been established for over 40 years, partnering with over 2 million companies.
With a company ambition of informing and protecting people, this Data & Insights Analyst role will play a pivotal part in this company's future strategy plan. In summary, the Data & Insights Analyst will demonstrate that through insights this business can drive sustainable growth.
Responsibilities of the role but not limited to;
- Collaborate with the Data Leader to spearhead the implementation of the dynamic data strategy, ensuring it’s always relevant and effectively communicated to all stakeholders.
- Lead the PowerBI transformation, migrating all reports and dashboards to this powerful platform. You’ll identify key users, provide essential training, and foster a self-service reporting environment built on reliable data.
- Craft and present compelling data visualizations that turn insights into action for the executive team, making complex information easy to understand and aligned with the brand identity.
- Deliver timely, high-quality insights that drive recruitment and retention efforts, providing the data needed for impactful decision-making.
- Maintain a single source of truth for the data, ensuring consistency and reliability that empowers the entire organization to engage confidently with the information.
- Enhance the core data resources by making strategic recommendations based on reputable external sources. You’ll ensure the Insights SQL database is optimized and design transformations to meet evolving reporting needs.
- Take the lead on a company-wide data quality initiative, advising senior leadership on best practices for improving data integrity and structure.
- Educate teams on utilizing member data effectively to inform business strategies and decision-making processes.
- Anticipate potential risks in data collection and reporting, implementing robust models to safeguard against inaccuracies.
- Provide precise insights and statistics for reports and presentations, ensuring all information is clear and actionable.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to regularly assess their insight needs, developing frameworks to capture requirements and document the processes behind data usage.
- Explore new opportunities to elevate business insights by identifying additional data sources and enhancing analytical methods.
- Build strong partnerships across departments, acting as a trusted advisor to support evidence-based decision-making aligned with the strategic goals.
- Maintain and refine the data governance practices, ensuring that the catalogue of data assets is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Establish a central hub for analytical insights that allows stakeholders to easily access and utilize reports and analyses, empowering them to make data-driven decisions.

- Demonstrate your proficiency in database management with tools like SQL and Python, skillfully manipulating data to extract meaningful insights.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and agencies, collaborating with third parties to enrich the data landscape and expand our knowledge base.
- Hold a degree or higher in a relevant field, showcasing your commitment to the industry.
- Bring at least five years of valuable business experience, ready to make a significant impact on the data initiatives
