Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct data analysis, feature engineering, and model validation to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, with a strong background in FinTech or financial services.
- Proven expertise in developing and deploying machine learning models, particularly in financial contexts.
- In-depth experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP techniques.
- Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and MLOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
