About Us

We are a forward-thinking recruitment agency specializing in the Architecture and Design sectors. Our main office is located in WeWork next to Spitalfields and Liverpool Street, but we leverage the flexibility of WeWork's All Access Memberships, giving you the freedom to work from any of their global offices as and when needed. The Opportunity

As a Recruitment Consultant specializing in Interior Design, you'll have the unique chance to build up your own desk in this exciting sector. With numerous Interior Design roles already in our pipeline, there's substantial opportunity to develop and grow your client base. You'll operate without billing thresholds, maximizing your earning potential from day one. This is an ideal role for a driven individual who is passionate about Interior Design and is seeking a creative and flexible environment to thrive.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with clients in the Interior Design sector.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify, engage, and place top talent within the industry.
  • Business Development: Leverage our brand and resources to grow your client base and develop your niche within our business.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our founder and experienced recruiters to drive team success.


What We're Looking For

  • Passion: A genuine interest in the Interior Design sector; proven recruitment experience is a bonus.
  • Drive: A self-starter who can hit the ground running and operate autonomously.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable with a flexible working environment and the freedom to manage your own time and workload.
