About The Role:
We have partnered with an international architectural and interiors practice that are known for their multi-award winning projects and always gain significant media attention They are now looking for a strong, dedicated and enthusiastic Part II/ Part III to join their team to work on high-end residential projects and luxury hospitality designs.
The ideal candidate would have a keen eye for detail and a contemporary and creative aesthetic which would be showcased throughout their portfolio. With previous experience working on inspiring high-end projects, you would be working closely with the team across UK projects from concept through to completion.
This is an opportunity to join an established and acclaimed, international practice that has numerous reputable projects under their belts in the UK and internationally. They offer hybrid working and focus on culture social spirit
Key Responsibilities:
- Showcase proactive and creative thinking through previous experience
- Through previous experience working on high-end residential and hospitality projects, you would have a solid understanding of UK building regulations
- Liaise, coordinate and manage projects with the support of the wider team, consultants and engineers
- Demonstrate creativity through the use of 3D modelling in Vectorworks, strong hand drawing skills and excellent verbal and visual presentation skills
- Show a proactiveness and a team player attitude
Key Skills/Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture
- Proficiency in Vector works is essential for the role
- Previous experience in high-end residential projects
- Experience in high-end hospitality projects is beneficial
- A keen attention to detail
- Strong understanding of technical / construction stages
