UK’s leading specialists in Automotive, Technology & Sports Brand Communications, we’re a team of 60 creative comms experts, split across our London and Dubai offices, committed to telling impactful brand stories that matter.


Whether brainstorming a big integrated campaign idea, unlocking broadcast media opportunities, telling stories creatively on social media channels or helping to unlock new business, no two days are the same.


We are based in Kingston upon Thames and operate a hybrid set up, 3 days a week in the office, 2 at home. Please consider your commute before applying.




What we’re looking for


If you’re passionate about comms, love to be creative, have the ability to inspire those around you, and want to have the opportunity to help tell the stories of some big name car brands, this could be the role for you


The AE role is the central point of support across our automotive team at Performance. The individual is expected to help maintain systems and processes to support the team in working efficiently, juggling the unique requirements of our varied clients.

This is a core role within an exciting team, which includes a range of clients across the automotive sector, with a focus on consumer brands and global car manufacturers. The right candidate will be passionate and well-informed about technology, mobility and will be well-read with a good working knowledge of current affairs.

What you’ll be doing


  • Press release writing
  • Media relations
  • Help manage social media channels – community & content
  • Assist in distribution of press releases, imagery, videos and other story-telling assets to the media
  • Support on content creation and creative ideation
  • Proactive eye for suggesting and managing media opportunities
  • With your line manager be the day-to-day contact for clients and media
  • Research and gather information to support the creation of creative ideas, features and release content
  • Oversee reporting and status updates for clients
  • Plan, organise and prioritise workloads
  • Logistical support e.g. attend and help plan events - recces, photo or video shoots
  • Stay on top of sector trends, competitor activities & campaigns and share insights across the team
  • Act as solid and reliable support to your line manager
