About This Role

As the Strategy Consultant you will drive the growth and success of our customers by inspiring them and leading them to successful outcomes with Personalisation and Testing strategy. In this role you will be a key contributor to enhancing the value of Monetate to clients, increasing client maturity, and identifying ways to enhance our client lifecycle. You will act as trusted advisor who will build meaningful client relationships, deliver measurable value, and accelerate our customers’ journey towards outcomes and success.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with clients to define success and turn Personalisation and Testing strategies into roadmaps for increasing maturity and value from the Monetate platform.
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge testing and personalisation strategies to drive client success.
  • Act as a visionary thought-leader, inspiring clients to take decisive actions based on personalised strategies crafted for their unique needs.
  • Lead internal workshops and training sessions to share insights and refine testing and personalisation strategies.
  • Deliver quality strategic engagements, internal processes, and organisational improvements that are backed by data to drive retention and ROI.
  • Consistent focus on increasing client satisfaction, deepening client relationships, and helping clients improve their CX maturity through world class strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Professional Services, and other teams to deliver continuous improvements to processes, deliverables, and client engagements.
  • Provide data & insights to demonstrate the value of the Monetate platform and impact on client retention and ROI.
  • Communicate to prospects the value provided by Strategy Consulting and Services.


What You’ll Need

  • Prior experience in improving conversion rates or average order value through strategic program recommendations – ideally as an eCommerce Manager, Site Merchandiser, Personalisation or Digital Optimisation specialist.
  • Experience in crafting and executing successful testing and personalisation strategies, with a focus on A/B testing, Conversion Rate Optimisation, ROI modeling, and segmentation.
  • Proven experience in managing client relations and project timelines, with the ability to prioritise across multiple projects and clients, lead change management, and influence executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven story-telling to a variety of audiences up to the executive-level.
  • Proven data analysis experience in using platforms such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, and utilising 1st-party data for strategies such as audience experimentation.
  • Results-driven approach with the ability to understand problems and synthesise them into complex business requirements to deliver impactful customer experiences.
