Job Description:

Ocuco Ltd. is searching for a talented PPC Ads Analyst to join its vibrant, multinational Client Marketing team based in London. Reporting directly to the Head of Client Digital Marketing, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing budgets and executing PPC campaigns across diverse channels and global markets. Occasional attendance at Optical Trade Shows across the UK may be required. This is a hybrid position, with a three-day office presence per week.


Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end campaign processes, including planning, implementation, and optimisation of account structure and all campaign parameters.

• Monitor budgets and track KPIs to ensure the delivery of targeted outcomes, such as Conversions, CPA, Conversion Rate Optimization, and Customer Acquisition.

• Develop and oversee remarketing and display campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions.

• Collaborate closely with the web/creative team to enhance onsite conversions and user experience.

• Utilize Google Analytics 4 to set up tracking and measure conversion metrics effectively.

• Produce comprehensive channel reports and dashboards across various analytics platforms.

• Stay abreast of search engine and PPC industry trends to inform campaign strategies.

• Align strategic marketing objectives with paid ad activities in collaboration with marketing colleagues.


The minimum requirements are:

• 2+ years of experience in managing PPC campaigns, with a proven track record of delivering measurable ROI.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in agency or client PPC management.

• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Tag Manager.

• Demonstrated ability to execute from brief to build to performance, including tracking and ROAS optimization.

• Fluency in English (both verbal and written).

• Proactive, results-driven attitude towards all tasks.

• Strong organizational and planning skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


The ideal candidate will also have:

• Experience with tracking through UTMs and data layers.

• Proficiency in executing, analyzing, and reporting on Meta/LinkedIn ads.

• Strong active listening skills and ability to work autonomously.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Positive attitude and proactive approach to delivering high-quality results.

• Prior experience in the healthcare or eyewear sectors would be advantageous.
