We believe in delivering quality care, driving innovation, and providing exceptional value to those who need it most. Our mission is to offer holistic, integrated care for patients facing mental health challenges, no matter the complexity or severity, through the expertise and compassion of our multidisciplinary teams.

About us:

We provide a range of specialist inpatient mental health services for both young people and adults. We focus on helping individuals live their best lives, in a safe, supportive, and highly therapeutic environment.

Why You'll Love Working with Us:

In addition to making a real difference in the lives of patients, you’ll enjoy some great benefits:

  • 25 days of annual leave (plus public holidays) for that well-deserved time off
  • A private pension scheme to secure your financial future.
  • Free parking at the hospital, so you can save time and money on your commute.
  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities to help you grow in your career.
  • A collaborative, supportive work environment where your voice and ideas matter.

Why Join?

We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in providing high-quality care and support for our patients. This role is an exciting opportunity to work within our acute adult inpatient services, providing essential therapies to help patients improve their mental and emotional well-being.

Your Impact:

As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll be a key part of the multidisciplinary team, delivering tailored therapeutic interventions to support patients in their recovery journey. You will:

  • Lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of therapeutic activities to enhance patients’ well-being and quality of life.
  • Assess, manage, and prioritize referrals, ensuring each patient receives the right interventions to meet their unique needs.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior staff, fostering a collaborative and effective team environment.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and families to ensure holistic care and excellent communication throughout the rehabilitation process.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of services and best practices across the hospital.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified Occupational Therapist with a BSc Hons or Diploma in Occupational Therapy, and HCPC registration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for making a difference in patients’ lives.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting is an advantage, but we welcome passionate individuals eager to develop their skills.
