The Role

We are seeking a highly commercial, expert and ambitious Senior Consultant to lead the refinement of our value proposition, B2B go-to-market strategy and client customer experience.


This is a unique opportunity to join a profitable scale-up and lead the formation of an ambitious growth function. In this role you will work closely with senior leadership and, together with a marketing coordinator, drive all brand, marketing and business growth activities.


This role offers accelerated career growth for ambitious individuals, with the opportunity to lead the formation of a dynamic growth function in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to engage with diverse, multidisciplinary teams based in the US & Europe and amplify the success of our core business to drive continued revenue growth.


The Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to author and execute a growth strategy designed to target new and existing business opportunities that supports the next phase of our growth
  • In partnership with solution leads, advance the company value proposition and go-to-market strategy to improve our competitiveness and drive new client growth
  • In partnership with strategic account leads, evaluate and optimise our customer experience to drive organic growth across our existing client accounts
  • Architect and manage an ecosystem of growth technologies that includes market and customer insights, sales, campaign automation and analytics platforms
  • Architect and lead market, competitor and customer research and analysis to uncover new and unique opportunities that continue to drive service innovation and growth
  • Author and evolve ABM / B2B marketing strategies that position Stratt as a leader in enterprise digital transformation to customer audiences
  • Design and lead the development of tactical ABM / B2B tactical campaigns, working closely with a marketing coordinator to ensure the effective configuration of customer channels
  • Orchestrate the development of campaign content for key channels that includes LinkedIn, X, Email, Web, and Events plus lead the establishment of new channels as required
  • Serve as the brand guardian to ensure effective quality control and management of all company brand assets throughout their entire lifecycle
  • Orchestrate client proposal responses, leading various solution teams in the effective preparation and timely submission of our response
  • Collaborate with the wider team to identify projects eligible for awards, overseeing the entire award submission including any contributions from cross-functional teams
  • Oversee and mentor junior members of the growth team, providing line management support that aids their development and nurtures their career growth.


About You

  • 5-8 Years professional experience in a similar role in B2B service provider
  • Expertise in ABM, with experience of authoring strategy and leading campaign automation
  • An entrepreneurial and data-driven mindset, able to critically examine and solve business growth challenges
  • A well organised individual able to uphold professional quality standards independently
  • A problem-solver, with high emotional intelligence and fast-track leadership potential
  • Someone seeking the freedoms and opportunities to lead in a scale-up environment
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and HubSpot.
