Finance Manager – Responsibilities:
- Supervising the team of Banking and Finance Administrators.
- Communicating with the Bank Relationship Manager.
- Overseeing the maintenance and reconciliation of payment accounts.
- Reviewing all bank account balances to ensure none are overdrawn.
- Managing faster payments and supplier BACS transactions
- Processing the department's monthly payroll.
- Conducting monthly reconciliation of invoice blocks and overseeing the debtor account.
- Handling reconciliations and transferring clients' payroll VAT to their respective bank or notional accounts.
Finance Manager – Requirements:
- Capability to reconcile complex accounts, such as invoice blocks and debtor accounts.
- Proficiency in identifying discrepancies and resolving financial issues.
- Proven track record in property accounting is essential.
- People management experience within a finance team
- Familiarity with the financial processes and regulations related to property management.
- Efficiently handle multiple tasks such as processing payments, payroll, and reconciliations.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service to clients.
- Knowledge of banking systems and financial software.
- Competence in processing various types of payments and managing financial transactions.
Finance Manager – Package:
- Salary: £50,000 to £55,000.
- Monday to Friday (different working patterns available) & hybrid.
- Location is South West London, must be within commuting distance.
- Range of excellent benefits including healthcare, dental, going out discounts, etc.
