Key Skills & Attributes:
To be responsible for the application of the CDM 2015 Regs within the Project. Conducting assurance and ensuring compliance as Principal Contractor. Position will require extensive Client and Contractor liaison and reporting regarding CDM Matters and will require taking ownership of the Construction Phase Plan and liaison with designers in ensuring Design Risk Assessments are being undertaken and that the Construction File is being compiled compliantly.
Must have in-depth knowledge and application of the requirements of UK/EU Laws and Regulations applicable to construction and engineering tasks.
