Key Responsibilities:

- Focus on candidates who show potential and an eagerness to learn, laying the groundwork for a future role as Talent Solutions Partners.

- Develop an engaging recruitment process that highlights the unique opportunity to start a career at WNTD, with a clear path for growth and learning.

Designing and Delivering Foundational Training

- Create a structured training programme covering the essentials of data centre operations, market analysis, talent sourcing, and WNTD’s consulting approach.

- Ensure trainees gain a strong understanding of the basic principles and skills needed in talent solutions, allowing them to transition smoothly to working alongside a Talent Solutions Partner.

- Regularly update and refine training materials to stay aligned with industry trends and WNTD’s evolving strategies.

Fostering a Supportive Learning Environment

- Establish a culture of growth, where graduates and trainees feel empowered to ask questions, take on new challenges, and build foundational skills.

- Provide consistent feedback and mentorship, helping trainees build confidence and proficiency in the basics of consulting and data centre knowledge.

- Conduct regular assessments to track progress, adjusting learning plans to ensure trainees are fully prepared for the next stage of their career development with WNTD.

University Engagement & Graduate Outreach

- Cultivate relationships with universities and graduate programmes, positioning WNTD as an employer of choice for graduates interested in data centre consulting and talent solutions.

- Represent WNTD at career fairs and university events, showcasing our graduate development programme as a unique pathway to a rewarding career.

- Build a proactive pipeline of early-career talent to ensure WNTD’s graduate and trainee programme is sustained with high-potential individuals.

What We’re Looking For:

- Demonstrated experience in early-career recruitment and training, ideally within recruitment

- Strong instructional and mentorship skills, with the ability to effectively train recent graduates and trainees in foundational industry knowledge.

- Excellent communication and organisational abilities, capable of creating a structured and engaging learning environment.

If you are passionate about developing future talent and preparing them for successful careers in consulting, we’d love to hear from you.
