Our clients typically come from Greater London and the Home Counties. For the most part, we help them with their residential maintenance, refurbishment and insurance reinstatement projects. They choose us because of our commitment to being thorough, reliable and friendly in our dealings and communications with all the stakeholders involved.


Experience, Skills & Knowledge:


  • Ideally we would look to work with a Building Surveyor with suitable professional qualification, who is a good all rounder with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
  • Ideally be located within the Greater London/Home Counties area.
  • Acquired previous experience working on party wall matters, building defect surveys and reports , specification and contract administration services.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Have a dynamic and personable nature and personal drive and self-motivation.
  • Have good organisational skills and work to agreed timetables.
  • Work as part of a team.
  • Be computer literate


We have over the years developed great relationships with our consultants paying promptly.

We intend to initially engage surveyors on an adhoc/freelance basis with a view to perhaps engaging individuals on a full time, temporary or permanent basis should there desire. If they are perfer to continue on an adhoc freelance basis that could equally work well.
