The Role:

  • Strategic Leadership: Oversee the culinary direction of all five venues, ensuring consistency and innovation.
  • Menu Development: Create inspiring seasonal menus that reflect the latest culinary trends and our brand identity.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing culinary team.
  • Supplier Relationships: Build strong partnerships with top-quality suppliers to source the finest ingredients.
  • Financial Management: Manage food costs, labor expenses, and other operational budgets.
  • Guest Experience: Prioritize exceptional guest experiences through meticulous attention to detail.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record as a Chef Director or Executive Chef
  • Deep understanding of contemporary culinary techniques and trends.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing culinary talent.
