Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join a dynamic healthcare team in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the execution of investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and driving value creation initiatives within our healthcare portfolio.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive industry research and analysis to identify attractive investment opportunities within the healthcare sector.
  • Assist in the evaluation of potential investment targets, including financial modeling, due diligence, and risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop investment theses and formulate strategic recommendations.
  • Support the execution of transactions, including deal structuring, negotiation, and documentation.
