Our client is a Big 4 firm, seeking a Tax Dispute Resolutions manager to join their Dispute Resolution practise in London.


As a manager, you'll collaborate with a team to help solve complex business issues extending across strategy to implementation. The role will involve, managing indirect taxes and dispute resolution and global enterprise tax solutions. In addition, you will be responsible for managing clients and advising on their local and overseas affairs. You will help clients develop a synchronised strategy for audits and disputes globally.


Responsibilities:

  • Resolving any issues to ensure the team is working effectively.
  • Analyse complex ideas and data insights to build recommendations.
  • Managing diverse perspectives to achieve positive outcomes for all stakeholders.
  • Use Data and Insights to inform decision making and conclusions.
  • Simplify complex messages in communication, both written and verbal.
  • Coach others and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.


Skills required:

  • Strong Background in working in Tax dispute resolutions for a consultancy or large corporation.
  • Proven experience coaching and mentoring a team of associates.
  • Trained finance professional with relevant qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CTA).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, managing clients and multiple stakeholders.
