You will build on a foundation of skills and experience in supporting a deal team towards execution, ideally across some or all core advisory sectors (Infrastructure, Energy, Utilities, Housing & Real Estate).


What you will be involved in:

  • Working across a range of activities from developing and delivering broad corporate finance advice to detailed advice on derivatives, valuations and financing structures
  • Being a key member of the Risk Advisory deal team in providing analysis, report writing, distilling of documentation and liaising with clients and other stakeholders
  • Contribute on both the execution of hedging mandates, as well as support towards business development


The successful candidate will need:

  • A background of several years’ experience within a dealing/hedging advisory/corporate finance or similar role, ideally with some experience of advising or lending.
  • Demonstratable experience in execution of and understanding of various derivative products and transactions (IR, inflation, Commods)
  • Experience in building and/or deep analysis of financial models to accurately reflect underlying documentation and deal commercials is a distinct advantage
