Media and Publishing - Legal Industry
Are you an excellent administrator with a passion for events? Do you have excellent attention to detail? Would you like to work in a vibrant and fast paced media and publishing business?
As an Event Assistant, you will be an integral part of the global events team, supporting the administration and planning of various events, including dinners, conferences, round tables, and awards ceremonies. Your organisation skills and attention to detail will ensure the smooth execution of these high-profile events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan end-to end logistics for dinners
- Produce individual event budgets and reforecasts, for sign off
- Coordinate event materials and oversee branding
- Collaborate with other departments to meet deadlines and ensure seamless event execution
- Source and negotiate rates for venues, suppliers, flights and accommodation.
- Maintain and update the CRM system
- Manage the team email inbox and incoming queries
- Support the administration of event apps and websites
- Management of all award ceremony table plans
- Prepare event badges, feedback forms, and conduct post-event feedback analysis
- General adhoc administration support to the team
Experience:
- A keen interest in event management
- Adaptable and flexible approach to work
- Excellent communication, attention to detail and organisational skills
