The company

Novax is a recruitment company that operates in the UK/European and US markets across both temporary and permanent markets.


The Role:

Novax are currently looking for a people and culture manager at our office in Altrincham.


Responsibilities

  • Overseeing recruitment, selection, and the onboarding process
  • Working with managers to manage Novax’s appraisal system and conducting appraisal meetings.
  • Ensuring that a company’s procedures comply with employment regulations.
  • Leading HR-related issues
  • Monitoring various aspects of an employee’s performance, such as attendance and sick leave.
  • Arranging company events and driving socials.
  • Accessing the need for training and then working with management to design and implement training programs accordingly.
  • Assist management with L&D development plans
  • Handling any disciplinary processes and formal grievances
  • Setting and reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits
