Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Amelia SME to join our team and support a critical project with the Ministry of Defence (MOD). This role involves the design, implementation, and integration of Amelia AI with the MOD's Remedy system. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating comprehensive build and integration guides to ensure seamless deployment and operation.

This is a remote role with the potential for occasional client site visits. The ideal candidate must hold security clearance and be able to deliver high-quality work independently and at pace when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement integration solutions between Amelia AI and the MOD's Remedy system, ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with project requirements.
• Create detailed build and integration guides to support the deployment and operation of Amelia AI within the MOD environment.
• Manage workload independently, working without supervision when necessary, while also being a proactive contributor to the team.
• Produce high-quality documentation that meets project and client standards, ensuring clarity and completeness.
• Bring innovative solutions to the project, addressing challenges with creativity and technical expertise.
• Maintain organization and proactivity, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

Key Requirements

• Extensive experience as an Amelia SME, particularly in integration and implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of the MOD's Remedy system and experience working on similar integration projects.
• Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create clear, comprehensive build and integration guides.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks independently, with minimal supervision.
• Security clearance is mandatory for this role.
• Organized and proactive with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work at pace.
