About the Company: Working for a food manufacturer based in Reading this role will report to the Head of Marketing. This multinational is family-run and has been a leading brand on supermarket shelves for over 50 years.


In this role, you will join a small team to help deliver digital content, campaigns and social media.


You must have a driver's licence and your own vehicle for this position.


Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of social media strategy and the yearly content calendar.
  • Develop and curate exclusive content, in the form of vlog posts, videos and other formats.
  • Lead all community management.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all digital campaigns.
  • Ensure that brand guidelines are being followed throughout all content.
  • Review all performance metrics for community engagement and make suggestions of how to improve underperforming areas.
  • Lead the influencer marketing strategy, as well as working with the wider marketing team to ensure campaigns are delivered.


Qualifications:

  • Experience managing a marketing budget and also agency spend.
  • Content creation skills for social campaigns.
  • For this position wed require someone who comes for a business-to-consumer brand.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
