Brand Manager - Birmingham / £50k-£60k / Hybrid


Working with a food retail client of mine who are growing out their teams and are looking for a brand manager. You will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive food marketing strategy that aligns with the business goals. A successful candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of consumer trends and the competitive landscape.


Responsibilities:


Food Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and execute food marketing strategy.
  • Conduct market research and analysis.
  • Create promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement.
  • Collaborate on new food product launches.


In-Store Food Service Brands:

  • Develop and manage in-store food brands.
  • Collaborate with food service operators.
  • Create marketing plans for in-store food brands.
  • Monitor and analyse in-store food service performance.


Store Launch Management:

  • Lead store launch planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Create pre-opening marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across store launches.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate on store design and marketing.
  • Monitor store performance and identify areas for improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of store development and operations.
  • Experience with food service brands.
  • At least 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing within food retail.
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of convenience retail and consumer trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
