Working with a food retail client of mine who are growing out their teams and are looking for a brand manager. You will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive food marketing strategy that aligns with the business goals. A successful candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of consumer trends and the competitive landscape.
Responsibilities:
Food Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute food marketing strategy.
- Conduct market research and analysis.
- Create promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate on new food product launches.
In-Store Food Service Brands:
- Develop and manage in-store food brands.
- Collaborate with food service operators.
- Create marketing plans for in-store food brands.
- Monitor and analyse in-store food service performance.
Store Launch Management:
- Lead store launch planning and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Create pre-opening marketing campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across store launches.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines.
- Collaborate on store design and marketing.
- Monitor store performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of store development and operations.
- Experience with food service brands.
- At least 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing within food retail.
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Deep understanding of convenience retail and consumer trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
