What will you do?

  • Provide expert histopathological services with a focus on perinatal pathology.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality diagnostic services.
  • Participate in clinical governance, audit, and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Engage in teaching and mentoring of junior staff and trainees in histopathology.


What are we looking for?

  • Specialist Qualification in Histopathology, with a special interest in Perinatal Pathology.
  • Full registration with the Irish Medical Council (IMC) or eligibility for registration.
  • Relevant experience as a Consultant Histopathologist specializing in Perinatal Pathology.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
