A fantastic opportunity with great prospects for an experienced Private Client lawyer to step into a senior and pivotal role within the Private Client role of this commercial law firm.

One of the biggest names in the region, our client has a strong reputation for advising businesses and individuals on their legal affairs.

The firm’s specialist Private Client team has been building long-standing relationships with its clients through the generations and is known for being a trusted advisor on matters such as protecting the private wealth of High Net Worth Individuals.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Private Client lawyer to join this team at a senior level – ideally as a Legal Director.

This varied role will involve fee-earning and also pastoral responsibilities of managing, supervising, and mentoring other members of the Private Client team. You will be playing a key role in the development of your colleagues and therefore this will suit someone who has an affinity for managing people.

The role has great career progression prospects and the successful candidate will be able to make their mark.

This is an opportunity to be a leading senior individual within the local legal and business community.

The Ideal Candidate

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have several years’ experience of succession planning and corporate and trust-based private wealth matters. It is likely that this will include lasting powers of attorney, capital taxes, and wills, trusts and probate.

Great people skills are key here – handling clients matters with sensitivity and empathy, but also continuing to foster an open and friendly team environment.
