We are looking for a General Manager who can work a 5 over 7 shift pattern working daytime sociable hours. This venue is a beautiful space that serves seasonal food and does accommodate private dining events. This role involves managing a team of 12. We are looking for experienced General Managers from the restaurant and café sector who can lead a team and isn't afraid to be hands on when required.

Key responsibilities

  • Holding regular feedback sessions with customers and clients to ensure we are exceeding their food service expectations
  • Full of innovation and creativity to develop the food offering
  • Lead, develop and manage the team staff members, ensuring you and staff members are up to date with COSHH and Food hygiene training and any other relevant trainings
  • Develop and sustain strong working relationships with the relevant clients at the individual business
  • Ensure the site achieves the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget
