• Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general remedial works.

• Diagnose issues, identify solutions, and execute repairs efficiently and effectively.

• Manage work orders and ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.

• Communicate effectively with site managers and other team members.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.


Requirements:

• Proven experience as a multi-trade handyman, particularly in a construction and residential apartment setting.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on skills in multiple trades.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in completing paperwork, including work orders, inspection reports, and inventory logs.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
