As Director of People & Culture, you will play a key role in the senior leadership team, providing strategic HR and OD advice to the Executive Team and Board, and will lead the People and Culture function in all aspects of people and organisation design.


Reporting to a forward-thinking CEO, you will develop and deliver a people and OD strategy that embeds values and behaviours to maximise colleague engagement and delivers organisational objectives. Through the people team and strategy, you will enable a high support, high challenge culture, working collaboratively with colleagues, leaders and trade union representatives to ensure people perspective is represented in decision making, and helping to drive operational performance.


This role is an ideal opportunity for a senior HR Professional with experience of leading HR & D teams and working as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and executive teams.

With a strong generalist background, the successful candidate will also bring experience of OD and be passionate about culture, values and bring a commercial approach.
