As we expand to the United Kingdom, we are seeking an experienced immigration Solicitor or Barrister to join our team and drive the success of our high-skilled immigration practice. Strong time management and organizational skills are essential to effectively handle the high-volume of cases with which you will be working. We are looking for an attorney who pays attention to detail, has a positive attitude and work ethic, and loves immigration law. We are looking for someone who values the practice of law with purpose and that desires working at an immigration firm that changes the lives of our clients through innovative thinking, collaborative teamwork and exceptional scholarship.

• Collaborate with our international team of attorneys and legal professionals to deliver best-in-class service.
• Help develop and grow our UK operations, leveraging your expertise and local insights.
• Represent high-skilled professionals in navigating complex UK immigration processes.
• Provide strategic advice on work visas, business immigration, and settlement pathways.
• Assist highly skilled professionals, entrepreneurs, and investors with their visa applications and settlement.
• Partner with our international team to deliver seamless, client-focused immigration solutions.

Requirements:

• A licensed UK Solicitor or Barrister with 4+ years of experience in immigration law.
• Deep knowledge of UK immigration systems, particularly business immigration and high-skilled work visas.
• A client-centric mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
