Community Host, 30k - Residential Site Croydon

We have an exciting opportunity for a Community Host to join the team in Croydon's newest BTR site, opening this summer.

The Development is made up of 338 apartments divided in to 2 towers, pet friendly with wonderful communal spaces such as garden terraces, co-working areas, lounge, gym, bike storage and a playground area.

The role will be based at on site, where each day will be different, fit for an enthusiastic candidate with a can-do attitude, maturity to adapt in fast-changing situations, who can build rapport with residents, deliver great customer service, and achieve high retention levels.

Are you a team player who values community, can resolve issues effectively, understands dealing with residents can be as rewarding as it is challenging, whilst making everyone feel welcome and appreciated, then come join the team, and work in a likeminded environment where good practices and culture is at our heart.

The Ideal Candidate will have:
* Experience in being the first point of contact for resident enquiries (including raising maintenance issues) with a positive attitude.
* Experience in residential services such as property management is desirable.
* Understanding of residential rules and regulations, deposits, and residents' rights in order to manage a smooth-running operation.
* Practice in lettings or supporting lettings.
* Knowledge of CRM systems within the residential setting will be advantageous.
* Comfortable running regular resident events
* Must have excellent written and spoken English as well as reasonable IT skills, including MS Word, Excel & Outlook
