Qualifications:

- Experience: 3+ years of experience in IAM support, preferably with Oracle IAM solutions.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Oracle IAM tools and technologies.
- Strong understanding of access control models and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are a plus.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in the financial sector.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards like NIST, GDPR, and SOX.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
