What You’ll Be Doing

As an MAA, you will be supporting the Merchandisers to ensure that the merchandising function is effectively controlled within the agreed brand strategy to maximise performance.


  • Provides administrative and analytical support
  • Building strong relationships with the wider team, and good knowledge of capacity, option plan and sales trends, make informed decisions on allocations
  • Regular monitoring of key line availability, making allocation adjustments to ensure stock is where the demand is
  • Reviews sales forecasts based on performance and makes recommendations
  • Monitors the prompt arrival of deliveries to ensure availability is in line with KPI’s
  • Analyses and monitors best and worst sellers and makes informed recommendations
  • Supplies the buying and design team with necessary data to enable informed decisions
  • Running reports from data systems
  • Conducts regular store visits and website reviews, nurturing relationships
