Key Responsibilities

  • Social Calendar Development: Collaborate with Marketing Directors to create comprehensive social calendars that align with key campaign announcements and promotional activities.
  • Content Production: Produce high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram reels, stories, images, videos, and written posts.
  • Partnership Building: Collaborate with external influencers, industry experts, and partners to extend our social media reach and establish strategic partnerships both at the show and global level.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay ahead in the market by monitoring social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities. Identify opportunities for innovation and report insights to the team.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with our followers, respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner, and maintain a positive online brand reputation.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilise social media analytics and reporting tools to track and analyse campaign performance. Identify key metrics, provide actionable insights for optimization, and report findings to Show Directors and VPs.


Skills Required

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
  • In depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with the ability to adapt to a brand’s tone of voice and personality.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Extremely creative thinker with a passion for developing ideas that will stand out amongst the crowd
  • Experience in event marketing and partnership development is a plus.
