•Due to the continued growth in the Court of Protection team, the firm are seeking an experienced Legal Professional to join them and manage new deputyships from receipt of deputy appointment Order

•The appointed candidate will be managing a diverse caseload that includes deputyships and personal injury trusts stemming from personal injury or clinical negligence claims, both before and after settlement, as well as deputyships appointed by the OPG panel and local authority.

•In this position, you'll receive support as part of a sub-team within the larger department. Responsibilities include Supporting and protecting client’s needs on a wide range of issues including financial planning, management of their funds, assets, property and care arrangements.

•Applications are open to Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 years’ experience handling a caseload of Court of Protection matters.
