  • Experience: You should have a background in recruitment (open to sectors).

  • Drive: Ability to work independently and use your initiative in a trust-based environment.


Additional Information:

  • Tools: The company uses a fantastic recruitment database.
  • Team Dynamics: This is a family-friendly company, who all work closely with each other, so the mature environment would suit someone who thrives in this type of environment.
  • Commission Structure: On offer is an uncapped commission structure without a threshold. For the first few months, you will earn 10% on all billings. Subsequently, commission is shared among the team to promote mutual support, even during slower months
