Position: Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to expand business.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay connected with market trends.
• Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record in lead generation and meeting sales targets.
• Experience in cold calling and developing new client relationships.
• A positive, energetic personality with a genuine interest in the beauty industry.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a persuasive communication style.
• Strong presentation and organisational skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and dedicated to achieving excellence.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Proficient in business-level English.
Compensation Package:
• Basic Salary: £50,000 with uncapped commission and performance bonuses.
• Commissions: 2.5% paid monthly (average sale price of machine = £30,000).
• Quarterly Bonus: up to £3,000.
• Annual Bonus: up to £10,000.
• Car Allowance: £550 per month.
• Benefits: Medical insurance, life insurance, pension, critical illness cover, laptop, and phone.
