Insight Global are looking to hire a 'Technical Project Manager' for one of our leading credit rating agencies. The applicant will be tasked with streamlining the product and engineering team's current processes to improve the reliability in forecasting the delivery of each of their projects.

This role will be remote with some light expectation to travel to the office 1-2x per month, based in London. This position is a 12-Month Contract (Inside IR35).


Day-to-Day:

· Work with Product and Engineering to assess the inconsistencies and then document & standardise to improve the existing processes and then presenting a clear, concise plan to fix these inefficiencies.

· Manage technology resources for best practice, understand why engineers are being blocked, and flagging/ providing visibility for the rest of the team.

· Upgrade the team's use of Jira and Confluence to more than just a reporting tool.


Must-Have Requirements:

· Core fundamental experience with Jira & Confluence.

· Experience integrating best continuous integration deployment practices.

· Familiarity with working with python or JavaScript developers and an ability to have in-depth conversations instead of just surface level interactions.


Additional Requirements:

· Previous experience launching an actual product to the market or experience with the ‘teething processes’ to get there.

· Experience in a "start-up" which has experienced an acquisition.
