Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Senior Ecologist (>3 years experience). You will be responsible for delivering ecological assessments and services. This position also provides outstanding opportunities for further career development.

Key Responsibilities for this Senior Ecologist role:
- Conduct ecological surveys and assessments in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Undertake bat emergence surveys and GCN DNA surveys (the latter is preferred but not required).
- Work with our BNG consultant to undertake BNG assessments.
- Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience required for this Senior Ecologist role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in ecology or environmental consulting.
- Ability to undertake bat emergence surveys and PEAs.
- Experience with GCN surveys (not absolute requirement).
- Strong knowledge of UK environmental regulations and policies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in ecological surveying and data analysis, including the use of GIS software.
- A full UK driving license.
