The role:


As a Digital Product Assistant, you'll be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of products and content updates, contributing significantly to the division’s ongoing success.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Supporting the Product Management team with the timely delivery of updates and enhancements for digital products.
  • Creating and editing web pages, and uploading new content to the publisher’s platform.
  • Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to discuss the addition of new content.
  • Becoming a product expert to assist with queries from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Services, and help with troubleshooting.
  • Identifying and reporting issues and bugs in new products.
  • Attending product meetings.
  • Providing website usage reports to identify opportunities for feature improvements.


This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in digital product development or web editing. You should have a calm, problem-solving mindset and a solid understanding of digital publishing, with experience in Content Management Systems (CMS) and/or coding (XML, HTML, CSS). Experience working with large data sets would be an additional advantage.
