At Omega we're at a pivotal stage of our expansion and we're seeking a Business Development expert to join our incredible team.
What You'll Do:
As our Business Development expert, you'll be the driving force behind our growth. You'll establish new partnerships, help redefine recruitment strategies, and lead us and our partners to even greater success.
You’re bread and butter will be to;
- Identify and win over new clients in the Engineering or Technology recruitment space
- Work with the Business Director to craft tailored solutions to meet clients' unique needs
- Collaborate closely with our talented team to deliver exceptional service
- Keep us at the forefront of innovation by using your networks and communities to keep up on everything recruitment, Tech and Engineering
What You’ll Bring:
- A proven track record in sales, with a focus on recruitment(you might currently be working in 360 recruitment)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- A passion for exceeding targets, driving results and getting things done
