The opportunity:
Our client is looking to appoint an Inside Sales Associate, and so is seeking a motivated and driven individual with experience in either healthcare software or pharmaceutical sales. The organisation partner with clients across the CRO, biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries to provide services and software that support the Pharmacovigilance process.
The role:
- Generating and qualifying leads by various methods, which may include social media, phone calls, events and email.
- Presenting the organisation’s products and services directly to clients.
- Monitoring the sales pipeline through tracking and following up on all leads at each stage.
Key requirements:
- Inside sales experience with strong SaaS experience – preferably within pharmaceuticals or healthcare/healthcare software.
- Excellent presentation and communications skills.
- The ability to overcome challenges and objections – persistence and resilience are both essential qualities for the role
