We are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in the EU region. In this role, you will drive the design, development, and enhancement of our air-cooled chiller systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead product development for air-cooled chillers, ensuring compliance with EU regulatory standards and using your expertise in refrigeration systems and mechanical assembly design.

  • Work closely with application engineering teams and customers to develop customized chiller solutions. Participate in design reviews and validation testing.

  • Identify opportunities for product and process improvements, leveraging field feedback and performance data to enhance existing chiller systems.

  • Provide support to field service teams in resolving issues related to installed chillers. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure production efficiency and high-quality assembly of air-cooled chillers.

  • Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, quality assurance, and service, to align project goals and meet customer expectations.

  • Oversee testing procedures for new and existing products, ensuring they meet performance specifications and regulatory standards.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of design changes, engineering processes, and field issue resolutions. Prepare reports for management and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred

  • At least 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with hands-on expertise in air-cooled chillers or HVAC systems

  • Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and HVAC design principles

  • Experience supporting manufacturing processes and using CAD software (Pro-E, Creo) and MRP systems (SAP)

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders across global teams

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
