Salary: Circa £60,000
Hours of work: 37.5 hours (per week), 5 days out of 7 (including some weekends and evenings)

Our exceptional Visitor Enterprises team welcome people from around the world to enjoy the magnificent Sandringham House, gardens and country park.
In this exciting role, you will lead the delivery of public-facing activities and operations at the Sandringham Estate, the private estate of His Majesty The King.
Across a wide scope of responsibility, you will develop and improve our Visitor Services, Retail and Catering operations, as well as our annual events programme. You will be continuously working to ensure the teams provide world class customer service standards across the Estate.
You will be leading a large and diverse team, who are passionate about what they do – supporting them to learn, engage and work together to delight our visitors at every interaction. And working with multiple stakeholders and senior managers across the organisation, you will ensure your operations integrate seamlessly with the site being both a busy working private Royal residence and a significant tourist destination.
About you:
You’ll be an experienced operations manager, ideally having overseen a premier tourist attraction, and will have the knowledge needed to balance both operational and strategic aspects of Visitor Enterprises.
Outstanding people leadership qualities will be vital - you'll direct, develop and manage a team with confidence. What’s more, your will inspire and motivate those around you to deliver the very best levels of service.
With outstanding interpersonal skills and experience working with multi-disciplinary teams, you build strong, lasting relationships, and enjoy working collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Combining creative flair with a pragmatic approach, you'll drive improvement and change in a busy environment effectively, prioritising activity based on organisational need.
