Duties & Responsibilities – Property Administrator:

Register all managed tenancies with utility providers and ensure accounts are closed at the end of each tenancy.

Request final bills from utility companies when necessary.

Schedule property visits.

Arrange check-out appointments and send termination notices to tenants.

Assist in booking compliance certificates and coordinate appointments with tenants.

Upload and attach check-out reports and certificates to Salesforce and OneDrive.

Prepare accurate and timely documents, including emails, letters, minutes/agendas, presentations, reports, and other relevant materials.

Handle internal and external inquiries efficiently and accurately.

Support the team in communicating with clients and applicants as needed.

Generate regular reports from Salesforce as required.


Persona Profile – Property Administrator:

Highly organised, flexible and able to manage your workload effectively.

Confident, assertive and proactive where it is required in the role.

Ability to use Microsoft Office is a must, especially Excel.

Property experience desirable but not essential.


Package - Property Administrator:

Salary: £27,000 to £30,000

Location: South London / Onsite

Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00
