We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join this award-winning gastropub located in the picturesque Welsh Valleys. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic kitchen team dedicated to crafting high-quality, seasonal British cuisine. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Chef de Partie looking to advance their career in a leading gastropub that prides itself on excellence and innovation. Please note that this role does not offer accommodation.

Chef de Partie Ideal Profile:

  • Extensive experience in delivering high-quality gastro pub food
  • Adept at using locally sourced fresh produce to create compelling and delicious menus
  • Creative skills, with the ability to bring imaginative ideas to the table
  • Passionate about mentoring and enhancing the skills of the kitchen team
  • Flexible and able to adapt to weekly changes in the menu

Chef de Partie Responsibilities:

  • Consistently produce high-quality gastro pub dishes across all sections of the kitchen
  • Utilise fresh and seasonal ingredients to innovate and enhance the menu offerings
  • Drive the team towards maintaining high standards of culinary excellence and consistency
  • Manage time effectively, ensuring optimal organization and efficiency in the kitchen
  • Uphold all food hygiene procedures to ensure a clean and safe working environment
