Fund Operations and Data Analyst - Investment Management

The Fund Operations and Data Analyst is responsible for data entry, validation, and reconciliation to ensure optimal data integrity across the business's systems. This individual will provide excellent service to external clients and internal business units by processing all operational requests within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to an exceptional standard. Additionally, the role involves streamlining, digitising, and automating manual processes to increase team efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Trackers and Allotment Schedules: Produce daily trackers and assist with the preparation of allotment schedules across the product range.
- Journal and Payment Instructions: Assist in preparing journal and payment instructions for initial/ongoing fees, distributions, withdrawals, and investor transfers.
- Data Entry: Promptly add new advisers, bank details, investor information, and other relevant information across systems.
- CRM Maintenance: Maintain the CRM system, regularly cleansing, validating, and reconciling data.
- System Development: Contribute to the ongoing development of existing systems and the implementation of new systems, ensuring data integrity is maintained across all systems (Exact Libris, CRM, IMIX, Pershing).
- Report Generation: Prompt generation of accurate internal and external reports.
- Process Documentation: Document evolving processes and contribute ideas to gain efficiencies.
- Compliance: Log and escalate any complaints and operational data incidents to Compliance.
Experience, Skills, and Attributes Required:
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM Suite: Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Suite.
- Data Analysis: Ability to write and execute queries for data analysis (SQL/Python).
- Programming Languages: Familiarity with programming languages for data manipulation.
- Data Processing Skills: Accurate and efficient data processing skills; experience with data visualisation dashboards is advantageous.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, hardworking and organised.
- Prioritisation: Ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure.
