Middleweight Designer

We are looking to recruit a Designer to join our growing creative team. Join a vibrant agency that believe in working happy with a fuller life, not a fuller week. Here we all enjoy a 4-day working week, so we can be fresher, full of energy and above all more creative.

Reporting to Creative Lead you will work on our full portfolio of clients to deliver best in class design. We’re looking for a passionate creative with a multi disciplinary blend of design experience. Working in a team, you will work on briefs spanning brand creation, brand activation and brand building. This role requires a commercially minded individual who can understand the wider context of a client’s brief, a collaborative approach and someone adept at problem solving and ideation.

Key roles will include:

● Brand creation

● Campaign rollout

● Setting key visuals for campaigns and projects

● Creation of guidelines, style guides and brand/campaign toolkits

● Development of social content

● In store POS – creation, development and rollout

● Digital campaign execution

● Supporting creative team with new business proposals and pitches


Key skills and experience:

● Multi disciplinary design experience spanning at least 4 years

● An impressive portfolio showcasing breadth of work

● Fully proficient across Adobe suite; Photoshop, Illustrator & Indesign

● Motion graphics, 3D and Animation a bonus

● Ability to create multiple design options, all on brief and on time

● Strong layout skills and meticulous attention to detail

● Ability to create print ready artwork a bonus

● Highly creative with an inquisitive and curious personality

● Bags of passion and enthusiasm

● The confidence to sell your work to the wider team and clients

● An innovative mind to get involved in brainstorming and collaborating with the wider team

● Organised and motivated to self-manage, deliver multiple projects and cope with the fast pace


What we can offer you:

● 4 days work for 5 days pay (no condensed hours)

● Salary depending upon experience

● Death in Service policy – equates to x4 your salary

● Critical Illness policy – one full salary payment

● Income Replacement policy – 75% of salary

● 16 days holiday (taking in to account 4 for 5 working)

● Auto enrolment pension
