We are currently looking for a Packaging and Equipment Executive


To support the Procurement Manager within MM Flowers to ensure that our equipment and packaging arrive on time, in full and to the specification required. The role is a crucial cog in our buying machine.


  • Work cross functionally with all departments
  • Communicate daily with a range of suppliers and manage a long-term positive relationship whilst meeting the customer requirements.
  • Support the fulfilment of the buying responsibilities by ensuring all systems, prices, forecasts, product codes and mechanics for each supplier are set up and maintained in an organised and methodical way.
  • Managing the flow of equipment and packaging from ordering with suppliers to delivery at the back door / 3rd party/offsite packing locations
  • Being the link between MMF and suppliers – ensuring ongoing, strong relationships are built and maintained
  • Work with colleagues to monitor supplier accuracy in daily arrivals vs orders. Ensure any discrepancies are advised to the supplier in a timely manner.
  • Work with colleagues to monitor accurate stock counts are maintained.
  • Maintaining equipment suppliers portals with accurate information on daily basis. Order and de-hiring.
  • Responsible for 4-8 week rolling forecasts of all equipment requirements by customer and packing site and maintaining tracking of orders to completion.
